Do you use genuine Apple parts?
We use high-quality replacement parts that meet or exceed original specifications. For warranty-covered Macs we advise checking Apple first, but most of our repairs are for out-of-warranty machines where Apple is often impractical.
Can you recover data from a dead Mac?
Yes. We specialise in recovering data from failed hard drives, dead MacBooks, liquid-damaged machines and systems that won’t start. We try to save your data before we replace anything. Parts can be bought again. Photos usually can't.
Do I need to bring my Mac to you?
No. We offer on-site repairs across Townsville and North Queensland. For hardware repairs that need bench time, we can collect and return your device.
How do you scope Mac repair in Townsville?
