What areas do you service?

Do I need a contract, or can I just call when something breaks?
Both. Break/fix work is casual — no contract, flat honest pricing, call when you need us. Managed IT is month-to-month with no lock-in. We keep clients by being good, not by trapping them.
Are you really Apple experts?
Kelly and Carisa co-founded MacDoctors — an Authorised Apple Reseller and Apple Authorised Service Provider with centres in Townsville and Brisbane — before selling the business. Both are fully qualified Apple technicians with over two decades of hands-on experience across Mac, iPhone, and iPad. They are equally strong on Windows and Linux, but Apple is in their DNA.
Where is my data actually stored?
In Australia, on infrastructure we own and control. Backups are encrypted, websites are hosted on our own Australian servers, and phone systems run on our private Australian cloud. No overseas third parties touching your data.
Can you deal with my internet provider for me?
That's exactly what we do. As a licensed internet reseller we supply and manage connections directly — and even if you stay with your current provider, we'll sit on hold with them so you don't have to. You just message us.
Do you work with medical, legal, or compliance-heavy businesses?
It's a specialty. We align to the ACSC Essential Eight, and understand Privacy Act, NSQHS, and confidentiality obligations for medical, dental, legal, accounting, and NDIS providers. We also have a self-assessment tool to help you prepare for audits.
